Permanent – Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Are you an organised, customer-focused professional ready to drive property sales from reservation to completion? Join Lovell as a Sales Co-ordinator to help create an exceptional home-buying experience across our South West developments. You will manage the entire sales progression process, coordinating with all parties to meet key targets. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, support customer care, and work closely with project teams to ensure smooth handovers. Providing administrative support to the Sales Department including collating sales data on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and preparing reports as required to support the Regional Head of Sales. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the house purchase process. You work well under your own initiative, thrive on delivering quality service, and enjoy building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous, along with knowledge of sales policies and industry regulations. Ready to take the next step?
