At Khuda Technology, we are proud to partner with a leading international Managed Service Provider (MSP) to recruit an experienced Presales Director. We are seeking a dynamic leader with proven expertise in cloud, data centre transformation, and presales solutioning. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience working with global teams, IT service providers, and handling large-scale, complex infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the presales function, working closely with clients to understand their needs and design tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Architect and present comprehensive solutions involving cloud, data centre, and IT infrastructure technologies.
- Collaborate with offshore and global teams to deliver integrated, multi-region solutions.
- Engage with C-suite executives to address their business needs through technology-driven solutions.
- Drive the presales cycle, from responding to RFPs to closing deals, ensuring technical feasibility and value proposition alignment.
Skillset:
- Presales Experience: Proven track record in leading presales activities and developing solutions that meet client requirements.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or similar platforms, with experience in cloud migrations, design, and cost optimization.
- Data Centre Expertise: Experience in architecting and implementing medium to large-scale data centre transformations.
- IT Service Providers Experience: A solid understanding of working within or partnering with IT Service Providers.
- Global Collaboration: Demonstrated success in collaborating with offshore and global teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Presales & Solutioning: Expertise in understanding customer needs and translating them into viable technical solutions.
- Datacentre & Cloud Transformation: Hands-on experience with cloud migration strategies and data centre transformations.
- Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure: Including core services, architecture design, pricing models, and cloud best practices.
- Complex Solutions: Proficiency in designing and deploying solutions in Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, Compute resources, Hyper-converged and Converged Infrastructure (HCI/CI), VMware, Storage, and Backup solutions, Network/Communication infrastructure, Enterprise monitoring, management, and automation tools, Database management and disaster recovery solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- CXO-Level Engagement: Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives, understanding their business challenges, and aligning IT solutions to meet their goals.
- Experience working within or for Global Systems Integrators (GSI).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect are beneficial.
