Service Development Lead – Learning Disabilities and Autism Supported Living £55-60k OTE £140k Fantastic Bonus Remote (with travel for meetings etc) We are seeking an experienced Service Development Manager to join a national provider of Learning Disabilities and Autism supported living services and complex care withinn the community. In this role, you will primarily work from home but will also be required to travel on occasion to meetings and networking events. As the Service Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to generate new business across learning disabilities, autism and mental health packages within supported living services. To effectively carry out this role, you will need to combine planned growth with the optimization of the existing client portfolio. Key responsibilities include: * Expanding the company's presence into new geographical areas, focusing on business growth through Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). * Driving sales growth within existing CCGs through effective account penetration strategies * Liaising with ICBs and winning new business We offer a highly competitive salary of £55,000 with a fantastic bonus structure of up to 2% of GM annually.
