Job Description

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Medical Secretary with private healthcare experience to join their team. The role will require you to provide an efficient, professional administrative and secretarial support to site and specifically to the full Medical team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day to day responsibilities
  • Managing sickness and holiday requests
  • You will be the main point of contact between admissions and the med secs, ensuring that the med secs are meeting SLA’s.
  • Provide strong administrative support to the team
  • Typing of minutes, receiving telephone enquiries, diary and appointment management
  • Dealing with correspondence, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate
  • Full time in office (no hybrid working)

Requirements:

  • Previous Medical Secretary experience
  • Extreme proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills & stakeholder engagement
  • Strong administrative skills & experience
