As an experienced Quality Engineer , are you passionate about quality, innovation, and continuous improvement?
Do you want to ensure product safety, uphold rigorous standards, and drive quality enhancements on cutting edge products in Cambridge ?
Quality & Compliance: Lead internal audits (ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001), update the QMS, collaborate with external auditors, develop and execute process control plans.
~ Identify gaps in processes, develop best practices, and create innovative solutions to enhance production rates and product quality. Work with internal teams to define quality metrics, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure robust manufacturing systems.
~ Quality Control: Set and monitor production quality standards, establish testing parameters, and conduct inspections to detect potential malfunctions early. Collaborate with engineering to ensure processes meet required quality and performance standards.
~ Degree in science/engineering or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in data handling with good analytical skills.
