We’re looking for a Group Exercise Manager to lead the timetable and instructor team at one of our established clubs, Third Space Tower Bridge. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in group exercise and a strong understanding of what it takes to run an efficient, high-quality programme.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining the standard of delivery across all classes, managing day-to-day studio operations, and working with other departments to ensure a consistent experience for members. You’ll also help evolve our class offering over time by supporting with concept development, workshops and instructor training.

What You’ll Do
Oversee the planning and delivery of the club’s group exercise timetable
Manage and support the instructor team to ensure consistent class standards
Deliver your own classes as part of the timetable
Ensure studio spaces are well-maintained, safe and operationally sound
Collaborate with other departments to support member experience and engagement
Contribute to the development of new concepts, workshops and initiatives
Act as part of the leadership team, taking responsibility for key aspects of daily club operations
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing or coordinating group exercise in a professional setting
A Level 2 fitness qualification (minimum) and proven teaching experience
Strong organisational and operational skills, including rota and timetable management
A practical, solutions-focused approach
An understanding of what high standards look like in a member-focused environment
