We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor to join our Willmott Dixon Interiors division on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the successful candidate, you will be working within our highly regarded healthcare sector team, who are looking to expand and grow our reach within the marketplace, so there is significant scope for ongoing development and progression!
We are ideally looking for someone based in a location that allows for flexibility to work in Coventry and be accessible to London for future projects. The primary focus, however, is for someone commutable to the Coventry area.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on commercial efforts across the full project lifecycle
- Lead the preconstruction stage of each project phase
- Manage current project delivery while progressing toward securing future phases
- Demonstrate strong client/customer-facing capabilities
- Experience in two-stage procurement and framework projects
- NEC contract experience is essential
Key Skills
- Solid and proven experience at Senior Project Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor level
- Ideally have prior experience in the Healthcare / NHS / Clinical Health sectors (nice to have)
- Strong experience with CVC cost reporting, ensuring it accurately reflects the current site position and final forecast
- Comfortable using software such as MS Excel and Bluebeam (for measurement)
- Team leadership experience, including mentoring and supporting junior team members
