Job Overview : We are seeking a Business Change Analyst. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document the impact of proposed changes on processes, people, and systems. By leveraging analytical skills and change management techniques, the Business Change Analyst bridges the gap between the business and technical teams, ensuring that change initiatives are aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Elicit and document business requirements using a range of relevant techniques
Support the delivery of all elements of redesign/change projects
Production of Change collateral
Support the Business Change Manager
Act as key liaison and quality assurance between business services, technology and teams.
Be an expert in business change having worked on large scale business change projects previously
Collection, documentation and validation of business requirements
Produce detailed process documentation based on user engagement
Working with the Business Change Manager deliver the business change support required for the users to adopt the new ways of working and supporting technology
Support the Communications and Training specialists
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
# Education :
~ Relevant degrees such as Bachelor’s or University Degree in Education, Business, Management, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Economics.
# Certifications :
~ PMP, ITIL, PROSCI, PMI, or other relevant certifications.
# Skills :
Process redesign and change management principles.
Familiarity with methodologies and tools.
Ability to integrate social media into the customer journey.
Experience writing project documentation, including business requirements and system specifications.
