As Facilities Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service’s estate runs like clockwork 24/7, 365 days a year. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will lead the operational delivery of facilities services across a diverse and critical property portfolio, supporting frontline blue light services that make a real difference to communities.
From managing reactive repairs and planned maintenance to driving compliance and service improvements, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our estate safe, functional, and future-ready. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to deliver high-performing, customer-focused outcomes.
