Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and that means building meaningful, personalised relationships with them through smart CRM and loyalty initiatives.
We use Acteol as our CRM platform and have an established loyalty app to help drive engagement and reward repeat visits. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic CRM Manager to cover a 9–12 month maternity leave.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to define, deliver, and optimise a CRM strategy that drives database growth, guest retention, and repeat visits across our 95 restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy: Develop and execute the CRM plan in line with brand and commercial goals, ensuring data is used effectively to personalise and optimise communications.
- Database Growth: Implement strategies to attract, capture, and convert new guest data, working across digital, in-venue, and app channels.
- Campaign Planning & Delivery: Manage the end-to-end execution of automated, BAU, and ad-hoc email, SMS, and in-app campaigns, ensuring content is timely, targeted, and impactful, delivering covers across our estate loyalty.
- Optimise use of our loyalty app to increase customer retention and frequency of visits, aligning offers and experiences with customer segments.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across campaigns and customer journeys, using insights to refine strategy and report back to the senior team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, digital, and IT teams to ensure CRM activity is fully integrated and supported across the business.
- Team Support: Work alongside the CRM team and the wider marketing team.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a CRM role within the hospitality sector
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms – Acteol experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and loyalty mechanics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the confidence to drive forward ideas
