A rare in-house opportunity to work for an instantly recognisable and prestigious brand. Your role will be to support the Head of Employment Tax on status determination and off payroll working as well as undertaking benefit and national minimum wage reviews. This would suit a UK employment tax specialist currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level who is looking to make their first move in-house from the profession as you will benefit from the support of a wider, experienced team. As well as technical expertise, a can-do attitude and an understanding of stakeholder management will be key to your success.
The role is being offered for an initial 2-year period however individuals on notice as well as those immediately available will be considered. It is based in East Anglia however good flexibility is on offer (typically one day week in the office, two days a week initially to get settled). There is no long-hour culture so you will get a work/life balance and there is lucrative pension scheme and generous holiday allowance available too.
