Do you have experience working on large commercial, data centers, or life sciences projects? Then our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies, is the company for you! We are looking for an experienced BMS commissioning engineer to join the team on our iconic βFuture Olympia\’ project based in the Kensington area of London. Here you\’ll be responsible for commissioning the BMS systems which utilize Tridium software.
The work to create Future Olympia includes the redevelopment of the existing listed exhibition halls β the Grand Hall and the National Hall β and the creation of new offices, a four-screen cinema, a 4,000-seat music venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, two new hotels, new retail outlets, and public realm space. All of this will be delivered while allowing the exhibition areas to remain operational and revenue-generating.

Role Overview
- Work as part of the project delivery team reporting to the BEMS Project Manager
- Read and understand the BMS scope and its interaction with all M&E specifications
- Use standard documents to produce Schedule of Deliverables, Interface Matrix, Network Architecture Drawings, Functional Design Specifications, Points Schedules, Technical submittals, RFI\’s, etc.
- Issue design information to panel manufacturers and review panel wiring diagrams for accuracy
- Understand, oversee, and manage production of BEMS software and graphics
- Assist in commissioning and point-to-point testing, and commission Control Panels (CP) to monitor and control mechanical systems
- Ensure project handover documentation is managed to be ready at handover
- Ensure the handover of fully operational BEMS Systems
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly health & safety
Manage the commissioning of the BEMS system and its interaction with M&E systems, including but not limited to:
- Mechanical Systems
- Air
- Electrical Systems
- Energy Monitoring and Metering
- Fire
- Security
- Smart technologies
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications (full electrical apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering BEMS systems
- Experience with Tridium Niagara
- Exceptional technical knowledge of BEMS
- Experience working with BACNET and/or Modbus
