Key Responsibilities:
Support Store Leadership :
- Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the boutique runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is absent, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating staff to meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Customer Experience :
