This is a unique opportunity to be an early crew member of our high growth business. As a client sales principal you will be part of a team that develops relationships and nurtures clients and buyers of second homes. Being a member of a small team, you’ll think broadly and strategically whilst executing quickly to directly effect company results.
You will be responsible for sourcing and converting inbound and outbound leads
You will:
- Nurture buyers through the sales cycle
- Manage 100’s of leads
- Run a sophisticated sales process
- Partner with your marketing counterpart to build brand awareness and drive leads
- Prepare and provide accurate forecasts
You will have:
- 2 years + of sales experience
- Experience keeping a CRM up to date
- Excellent Verbal and written comms skills
- Track record of over achieving quota
- Willingness to work to a varied schedule
