JOB TITLE: Research Director (Ad-Effectiveness)

They are currently looking to bring in a Research Director, who has experience in working on Ad-effectiveness projects.
KEY DUTIES
- Evolve research strategy, shape team culture, drive innovation; ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Lead pricing, proposals, revenue growth; partner on forecasting, craft strategic commercial narratives with senior leadership.
- Cultivate senior client relationships, champion operational excellence, refine workflows, mentor team to uphold research best practice.
