Are you organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in Warehouse Operations? Our client, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of electronics assembly materials is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their expanding UK team.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for packing and labelling goods, ensuring compliance with product quality standards, and maintaining a clean and well-organised working environment. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and process customer orders as per the production schedule.
  • Label and package products according to order specifications.
  • Overpack, ship, and transfer goods using the ERP system.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and visual control.
  • Prepare courier and shipping documentation accurately.
  • Book in supplies and record transfer orders.
  • Support stock management through accurate recording and order raising.
  • Identify and report improvement opportunities and quality concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards.
  • Support internal communication and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Be flexible with working hours as required.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse experience, manufacturing or logistics.
  • IT literate with basic numerical and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
  • Valid Forklift/Reach Truck license.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping documentation processes.
