Our client, a major player in the huge baked goods sector, is seeking a NAM/Business Development Manager to drive sales with 2 major manufacturing customers. Customers who use the company’s products to manufacture sandwiches and snacks for the massive foodservice sector. This is an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact on the business, leading 2 £multi-million accounts and driving revenue growth. Position Overview
As the NAM/BDM for this channel, you will take a ‘business partnering’ approach, building strong customer relationships, creating innovative commercial solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of JBPs. In addition to these core responsibilities, the role includes managing the supply chain for B2B and foodservice customers, ensuring seamless operations and optimal efficiency. This is a highly collaborative position that emphasises both internal and external partnerships, enabling you to make a tangible impact and showcase our company’s values.
Key Accountabilities
- Cultivating and growing customer relationships by engaging cross-functional contacts
- Delivering valuable, innovative solutions that benefit the customer and the company
- Developing and executing JBPs and projects with your customer portfolio
- Achieving budgeted KPIs, including Gross Contribution, net sales value and volume
- Ensuring accurate business forecasting through effective demand, seasonal, and promotional planning
- Taking ownership of your growth through regular check-ins, impact conversations, and a long-term personal development plan
