Required Qualifications & Certifications
β’ Minimum of British Rowing Level 2
We require a coach to teach new rowers how to row whilst also improving the technique of our returning rowers, supported by an effective and well thought through training plan for every level to ensure the club progresses.
Over the course of the year, we are aiming to raise the standard of rowing across the club to create a solid foundation for following years.
We will be racing to gain experience and wonβt be looking at competing at high level events.
