CargoWise Experience Essential
We’re partnering with a Top 10 global freight forwarding company to recruit a Project Cargo Specialist for their expanding West London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for handling complex, high-value, and out-of-gauge cargo across global markets.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating project cargo shipments across all transport modes – air, ocean, road, and cross trade – covering both import and export operations. This is a full-cycle role with direct responsibility for managing key client movements and providing tailored logistics solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project cargo shipments, globally and domestically
- Handle full documentation and customs clearance processes
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, hauliers, and internal departments
- Ensure accurate shipment tracking and proactive client updates
- Maintain all records in CargoWise (essential)
- Solid freight forwarding background , ideally with project or OOG experience
- Proven multimodal knowledge: air, ocean, road, and cross trade
- Confident with both import and export operations
- Strong working knowledge of CargoWise
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
