Interim M&A Consultant – Deal Execution (Buy and Build Strategy) – £500-600p/d
Our client, a growing professional services business, is seeking an experienced Interim M&A Consultant to support their ambitious buy and build strategy. This role will focus on deal execution in the short term, with a possibility to transition into a full suite of M&A activities including origination and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of ongoing and inbound acquisition opportunities.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end project management of M&A deals, ensuring smooth execution.
- Work closely with the internal team to maintain momentum and drive transactions forward.
- Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and legal processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in M&A deal execution, particularly in the context of small to mid-sized companies (£15-20m revenue).
