I am partnered with a leading and rapidly expanding precious metals company that has been a cornerstone of the industry for over a decade. Specialising in the buying and selling of gold and other precious metals, they have a strong market presence and an impressive track record of consistent growth. They are now opening their newest boutique in Bognor Regis. This is your chance to be at the forefront of their expansion in the UK and become a key player in their success story.

MISSION

They are looking for a dynamic leader to manage their beautifully designed branch, right in the heart of the community. Your mission is to drive sales, build their brand, and establish their presence in your local area. No prior experience? No problem! They provide comprehensive, expert training from day one to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed. They believe in your potential and will support you every step of the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead with Autonomy : Take the reins of your own agency and operate it independently, with tailored support from head office.
  • Become an Expert: Master the art of assessing and purchasing precious metals, building trust and rapport with every client.
  • Create an Exceptional Experience : Use your interpersonal and negotiation skills to ensure flawless branch operations and a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Drive Growth : Execute their innovative marketing strategy in collaboration with your regional manager to boost sales and market presence.
  • Build Your Team : Recruit and lead a small, local team to help spread the word and grow our business.
