You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. The roles present a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about closer connection with our customer’s core business.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce analysis, data mapping and data analytical skills using SQL, Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define scope and success criteria.
- Identify key constraints, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
- Manage stakeholders across all levels from c-suite to developers, both internally and with clients.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and test management tools.
- Involve in end-to-end project phases, from workshops to design and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong Business Analysis experience on technical projects.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured outputs.
- Agile delivery experience within an Agile team.
- Experience in digital or application modernization projects.
- Experience reviewing Functional and Non-functional Specification Documents for alignment with Business Requirements.
- Experience working on both large-scale and smaller projects, responsible for defining and designing business solutions.
- Previous experience with Use Case Scenarios.
- Good project management skills, capable of planning and working towards tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex processes to non-experts.
