Branch Manager/ Sales Manager UK – Office Startup Opportunity

We are looking for a proven Senior Sales Executive/ Senior BDM/ Sales Manager or Branch Manager who is now looking for the next step and opportunity to have ownership within a new office setup for a well established and globally recognised Freight and Logistics Service Provider. Our client is now actively looking for their next office startup after establishing 3 new offices in the UK in 2025.

Our client has plans to set up 3 more offices in the UK in 2026, whether that be the North East, North West, Midlands, East Anglia, South East or South West, they are open to a team or individuals. If you feel you are ready to join a company who have a proven track record of growth and development and who can provide you partnership and support to establish yourself within a short space of time then get in touch with me as soon as possible.

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary £100,000 – £150,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the branch P&L and Recruitment
  • Building a team within the branch
  • Developing a sales pipeline
  • Identifying and sourcing new leads
  • Actively selling Air, Ocean, Road Freight services

About you

  • Experience with building pipelines and developing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong commercial focus and business acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
