The Marketing Recruiter | I help Tech Startups & Scaleups build marketing teams that actually drive growth | Mentor, advocate, ally for my audience.
We’re hiring: Head of Demand Generation | B2B SaaS Scaleup | Remote
This is a rare chance to build demand generation at a high-growth SaaS company that’s scaling across global markets.
If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely own the strategy , build a high-performing team, and see the direct impact of your work on revenue, this is it.
Why this role?
- This is a high-visibility role with the chance to build a demand gen engine that drives enterprise growth.
- The company is scaling globally, with a complex product and a huge market opportunity.
- You’ll get the space to lead, the support to grow, and the freedom to make this your own.
This is not a plug-and-play job. The team needs a hands-on leader who can set the direction, optimise what’s already there, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What you’ll actually do:
- Own and optimise the demand funnel mapping every stage, fixing gaps, and making sure inbound is moving fast and converting well.
- Drive the strategy for multi-channel campaigns – across paid, events, outbound sequences, webinars, and more.
- Build and coach an SDR team – think call reviews, pipeline pacing, target setting, and creating a performance-driven culture. (You must have done this before)
- Shape website strategy and conversion working with CRO to improve journeys, landing pages, and form flows.
- Run ABM plays and outbound motions particularly focused on enterprise decision-makers.
- Manage Martech and reporting – using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Lusha to track, report, and optimise.
- Partner with sales and content – making sure campaigns are supported, leads are qualified, and messaging is sharp.
Note: To be considered, you must have directly managed SDRs in your current or previous role. We’re looking for someone who has owned SDR performance , not just collaborated with Sales.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have led demand generation in a SaaS business before.
- Know how to manage, mentor SDR teams, build high-velocity inbound engines, and optimise for speed as well as volume.
- You\’ve had at least 3x SDRs directly in your team before.
- Can clearly map out: here’s the strategy, here’s the six-month plan, here’s what success looks like.
- Get energy from fast-paced environments where the stakes are high and the learning curve is steep.
- Are a decisive communicator with a bias for action and a growth mindset.
- Can confidently challenge ideas, influence senior stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex situations.
