Join our team as a JACK & JONES Supervisor in Oxford Westgate and take responsibility within our Store Management team to deliver the best in-store experience for our customers and colleagues.
The Role

- Work in partnership with the Store Management team.
- Be a role model to the team, fostering a great atmosphere in store.
- Analyze sales figures daily and make the right commercial decisions.
- Support personal and team growth to meet KPIs, enhance product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
