As an MJP Partner, you\’ll deliver high-quality domestic electrical services while benefiting from full operational support and a proven earning system.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all electrical work to MJP quality and safety standards.
- Follow MJP quality processes and ensure excellent client outcomes.
- Maintain a well-stocked van with essential materials.
- Upload job notes, testing data and photos in ServiceM8.
- Communicate clearly with customer support and operations.
- Carry out VIP Consultations and onsite estimates (depending on partner level).
- Represent MJP with professionalism, pride and client-first service.
- Provide feedback to improve efficiency, systems and client experience.
- Operate safely and compliantly to BS7671 at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Level 3 Award in Electrical Installations (18th Edition).
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5.
- C&G 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent.
- EV Charging 2921-2931 (preferred).
- NICEIC or NAPIT accreditation (preferred).
- Solar PV 2399-11 (preferred).
Experience And Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years qualified electrician experience.
- Domestic installation, testing and fault finding.
- Consumer unit upgrades and rewires.
- 3-phase light commercial (preferred).
- Experience With EV Charging Installations (preferred).
- Experience with Solar PV (preferred for future revenue streams).
- Job management systems (ServiceM8).
- Certification software (iCertify).
- Strong customer service and communication experience.
- Experience working in a service-driven environment.
- Existing teams of electricians also welcome (vetting required).
