The Role:

This role is a dynamic blend of coordination and marketing, primarily focused on the continued success and growth of our Academy (approximately 70% of the role).

The role includes coordinating the day-to-day operations and material design for the Academy, maintaining the quality of our training programmes, and elevating the Academy\’s presence both internally and externally.

The remaining 30% of the role will be dedicated to providing crucial marketing support across the consultancy. This includes driving content strategy and creating engaging content for our digital channels, supporting event coordination, and designing compelling visual assets for our consulting and research teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Academy Coordination & Design (70% Focus)

  • Design & Material Creation: Work from a brief to design, create, and refresh key Academy materials, including participant handbooks, promotional brochures, impact reports, LinkedIn badges, and e-learning content.
  • Programme Coordination: Oversee all Academy administration, from managing client course files and scheduling training calendars to coordinating trainer preparation meetings and ensuring all presentation decks are ready.
  • Logistics & Operations: Organise all logistical aspects of our training sessions, including room setup, catering, and the printing and management of course materials (workbooks, canvases, etc.).
  • Client & Participant Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients and participants, managing communications, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and collecting and analysing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Systems & Partner Management: Manage relationships with our Learning Management System (LMS) provider and external design partners, assisting with user setup and asset management.
  • Trainer Development: Support the administration and coordination of internal trainer development and upskilling initiatives.

Marketing & Communications Support (30% Focus)

  • Content & Digital Marketing: Work with colleagues to create engaging content for our digital channels, including social media posts, blog updates, and newsletters. Own the proofreading and scheduling for all content.
  • Website & SEO: Support the maintenance of the company website, including updates to case studies, awards, and team pages. Assist with SEO optimisation to improve our digital presence.
  • Event & Campaign Support: Provide coordination support for our internal and external events, such as our bi-annual BE in Business Forum. Assist in creating promotional materials and collateral for events and sponsorships.
  • General Design & Team Support: Work from a brief to design high-quality, visually compelling assets (brochures, presentations, reports) to support our consulting, research, and marketing teams.
  • Awards & Case Studies: Assist with driving award submissions and creating and updating case studies by working with teams to capture project highlights.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Some experience in a coordination, administration, or marketing support role.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills and experience creating professional materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, social media assets).
  • A strong willingness to learn new design platforms & programmes.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, specifically Google Slides.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in Psychology or Behavioural Science.
