As our Digital Marketing Manager, you\’ll be the architect of our market presence, wielding complete creative autonomy to shape our brand and drive growth. Working directly with the CEO, you\’ll translate our game-changing solution into messages that resonate with education leaders.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Champion our mission by crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that connect with K-12 decision-makers

  • Orchestrate high-impact digital campaigns across social platforms, owning everything from creative direction to performance metrics

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
