Descripción del puesto
The Walt Disney Company (ILM London) busca animadores/as de todos los niveles para crear animaciones de alta calidad de criaturas, personajes y objetos CGI utilizando distintos programas de animación. El trabajo se desarrolla bajo la supervisión general del equipo de Senior y Supervisores de Animación . La posición es presencial híbrida: mínimo dos días por semana en las oficinas de Londres.
Responsabilidades
- Animar secuencias de planos completas en proyectos asignados.
- Participar en discusiones estéticas y dailies, aportando feedback al equipo.
- Mantener altos estándares de productividad y entregas cumpliendo los plazos y la calidad requerida.
- Se espera que los perfiles mid y senior mentoricen y ayuden a animadores/as junior en sus planos.
- Colaborar en tareas relacionadas con la creación de animaciones CGI.
Requisitos imprescindibles
- Experiencia en animación tradicional o animación por ordenador .
- Demostrada trayectoria en cel, stop motion o animación 3D, preferiblemente en largometrajes o series de alto nivel.
- Dominio de principios de animación tradicional y referencia a nivel de portfolio o demoreel.
- Conocimientos de UNIX, shell scripting, Maya y software propietario.
- Capacidad de organización y comunicación excelentes.
Valorable
- Haber trabajado en largometrajes o proyectos episodios premium .
- Habilidades para mentorar perfiles junior por parte de los artistas mid o senior.
- Conocimientos de técnicas de chaining y constraints.
- Comprensión del pipeline CGI y procesos de ILM.
