As a senior member of the Client Services team, you will be the go-to strategic partner for our clients – understanding their world, identifying opportunities, and delivering real value. What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading and growing key client relationships through proactive communication and strategic thinking
- Managing a small, high-performing client services team (Senior Account Managers, and Account Managers)
- Overseeing financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking
- Collaborating with creative leads to deliver standout campaigns and large-scale projects
- Developing Key Account Plans to drive account growth and uncover new opportunities
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery across every touchpoint
- Interpreting client briefs and translating them into effective internal project briefs
- Leading pitches, creative presentations and project reviews with confidence
- Proactively addressing challenges and identifying ways to improve processes
- Mentoring and developing junior team members to help them thrive and grow
What We\’re Looking For
- Significant experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within a marketing agency, or similar environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and complex projects
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- A commercial mindset with a natural flair for spotting growth opportunities
- Detail-oriented, with strong visual and written communication abilities
- Experience in retail, shopper marketing, or customer service is a plus
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude and leadership qualities
