This organisation is looking for an interim HRBP to help deliver the people agenda against company objectives. This is a highly collaborative role, working with the wider teams and business to provide expert advice and contribute to projects that enhance the organisational effectiveness.
This is a great opportunity to join a company which is achieving significant year on year growth.What is the roleOperating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will provide HR support across both commercial and non-commercial client groups, working closely with senior stakeholders including the COO, CFO, and Legal. You will be partnering with the business leaders to implement an HR agenda that is fully aligned to the organisation's strategic goals and long term business plan. You will be responsible for ER, acting as a trusted advisor and managing the end to end process.
You will get involved in various HR initiatives including OD, employee engagement, performance improvement, Talent Development and HR policies. You will really be able to use your commercial acumen to add tangible value in this role.
