REPORTING: This position will report to VP of RevOps
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HubSpot Management: Administer and optimize HubSpot marketing automation processes. Create
and manage workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing programs. Develop and maintain
dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance.
β Salesforce Integration: Implement and manage API integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce to
ensure smooth data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency
across platforms. Collaborate with development teams to customize and enhance integration
functionalities.
β Marketing Automation and Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing automation
strategies to improve lead generation and conversion. Analyze campaign performance and adjust
strategies based on data insights. Implement and manage Pardot integration, if applicable, to
enhance marketing efforts.
β Collaboration and Support: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align strategies and
achieve business goals. Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and Salesforce
best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend
improvements.
β Other related duties as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
β Develop, customize, and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations in HubSpot and
Salesforce.
β Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing/sales tools.
β Ensure seamless data synchronization, integrity, and reporting across platforms.
β Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement automation strategies, lead scoring
models, and campaign tracking.
β Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot and Salesforce configurations, workflows, and best
practices.
β Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the marketing automation ecosystem.
β Train internal teams on best practices and system functionalities.
β Assist in data migration, cleanup, and enrichment activities to maintain database health.
β Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
β Overall 10+ years of experience
β Excellent communication.
β Experience working as an individual contributor with SAAS based Product company
β Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent certifications.
β Over 6 years recent experience with Salesforce.com APIs (REST and Bulk), Salesforce.com configuration including but not limited to workflows, data validations, import tools, security & sharing, Visualforce pages, and Apex, salesforce.com, SOQL, and SOSL query language
β Over 4 years recent experience in managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms.
β Strong experience with Salesforce API integrations and data management.
β Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
β Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
β Must Have: HubSpot certification(s), Salesforce certification(s), or experience with Salesforce
development. Experience with additional marketing automation tools or platforms.
