The Outwards Reinsurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the management of post outwards reinsurance placement administration; ensuring accurate and timely processing of outwards reinsurance contracts, premium, and recoveries and supporting the outwards reinsurance netting-down process

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Processing of outwards reinsurance policies into the policy admin system, ensuring policy documentation is stored in the DMS
- Support the outwards reinsurance netting-down process
- Review and reconcile FAC RI to inwards premium and claims bordereaux
- Production of statements for outwards reinsurance recovery collection and premium statements
- Previous reinsurance experience, preferably in Lloyd’s and/or London market
- An understanding of reinsurance contract structures (Excess of Loss, Quota Share, Facultative, etc.)
- High ability to quickly detect process inefficiencies and take initiative to suggest and collaborate with colleagues on finding ways to improve processes
