Our client is a luxury retirement village with an extraordinary range of facilities. Catering for the VIPs and HNWIs, this beautiful site hosts stunning apartments and a range of complimentary facilities and services like no other.
They are now recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage all aspects of the maintenance:
Responsibilities Include
- Creating maintenance schedules and managing tasks.
- Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work.
- Performing minor on-site repairs.
- Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required.
- Discuss maintenance concerns with your line manager.
- Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs
- Developing maintenance budgets, hiring maintenance crew and negating vendor contracts
- Controlling and monitoring inventory
- Coordinating work performed by outside vendors
Requirements
Maintenance management from the hospitality sector
Recognised trade qualification
IT literate with exposure to ticketing/logging systems
