Tyman UK and Ireland have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Engineering to join Access 360, providing steady leadership across design engineering and process engineering functions. As a Head of Engineering your role will be to ensure the integration and optimisation of product design, development and manufacturing processes; leading a team of engineers to drive innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement across all parts of the Engineering function.
Developing and optimising robust manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
· Overseeing product design and development processes to ensure customer demands, certification and regulatory standards are met.
· Developing and implementing engineering strategies that align with wider business objectives and representing the Engineering function in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
· Leading engineering projects from concept, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and coordination with other departments to achieve project goals.
· Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team and wider teams.
Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering related field (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial).
· Significant experience of leading Engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
· Proven track record in both design engineering and process engineering.
· Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
