What the Job Involves
This position, based in Ladywell SE13, involves leading the transition from analogue to digital smart devices within the Linkline service over an 18-month assignment. As a Team Leader for Project A to D (PSTN) at Scale 6, you'll be responsible for planning, deploying, and coordinating people and resources to ensure a seamless national switchover. Your role includes managing a small team of installers and schedulers, overseeing the installation of smart telecare units, and collaborating with corporate colleagues, Telecom Providers, and customers. You'll assist in purchasing and monitoring telecare equipment, maintain detailed user information systems, and ensure accurate records of installations. The goal is to replace up to 2500 analogue devices with digital counterparts, providing telecare operational advice to ensure excellent service delivery.
