What the Job Involves
- Providing comprehensive administrative and business support across Adult Social Care (ASC).
- Managing meeting schedules, telephone calls, correspondence, and minute-taking when necessary.
- Assisting in responding to complaints and compliments by monitoring and analyzing relevant data.
- Ensuring proper log maintenance for complaints, compliments, and Freedom of Information requests, with timely responses facilitated by officers.
- Coordinating strategic meetings, including venue booking, refreshments, and distributing agendas and minutes efficiently.
- Producing and managing confidential documents, correspondence, and reports using available technology for high-quality output.
- Providing general administration support, such as invoice management and purchase order reconciliation at the fiscal year's end.
- Liaising with various departments for invoice payments and ensuring order and service receipt database accuracy.
- Organizing workshops, seminars, and events as needed, and contributing to relevant working groups.
