  • Support GTM teams with SFDC and other tools including updating workflows, apex, visual force pages, campaigns, etc.
  • Ensure data integrity and hygiene, perform data audits, and manage data imports, updates, and backups— and work to build a reliable GTM data source of truth in Salesforce, and support all integrated applications.
  • Assist in the build versus buy evaluation of new tools to within our GTM tech stack.
  • Work closely with the GTM and wider engineering teams to provide feedback on our own tools like v0 and our AI Platform.
  • Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for GTM tool issues, and taking user feedback to inform future optimization initiatives.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience architecting GTM systems with heavy emphasis working with Salesforce and a deep understanding of SFDC architecture.
  • Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing GTM tools like Outreach, LeanData, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and more (no tech stack is the same!)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally with GTM stakeholders and Operations teammates
