Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Exams Team. The role involves supporting the Exams Officer in managing and completing the administration and invigilation of internal and external exams and assessments, as well as assisting with learner records, registrations, and certification processes.

Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30, Tuesday to Friday, on-site. Contract: Fixed term, maternity cover. This role is 52 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registration, Exams & Certification Administration: Assist in all areas related to exams, registration, and certification; support the recording of learner aims and ILR; liaise with college teams, students, families, and awarding bodies.
  • Coordination and Execution of Exams: Assist with ordering exam papers, ensuring secure storage; help plan and organize exams in accordance with regulations; support invigilation and exam logistics, including timetables and seating plans; manage exam materials and support access arrangements; ensure compliance with policies on child protection, safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection.

Personal Development

Participate in relevant learning and development activities.

Other Duties

Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Exams Officer or Assistant Principal.
