Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!
Responsibilities
- Assist with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support while expanding the person2s social networks and connections.
- Work with a bespoke team around each individual to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
- Support individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes, tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with others to provide consistent, compassionate care that respects the person2s dignity and preferences.
