We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioners to join our team at the our Housing Support service in Dundee.

Day to day you will

  • Promote independence, individuality and achievement of goals, with the voices of the people we support at the very centre of everything you do
  • Assist with various tasks such as personal care, housework, administering medication and meal preparation
  • Attend and participate in meaningful activities both at home and in the community, including cinema, music groups, travel, art, walking groups, voluntary work and swimming
  • Liaise with your team and with others to review and ensure you are providing the best quality care
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date daily recordings

Shift times: Shift times vary from 7:30am to 10:00pm, across a variety of early, late, mid, sleepover and night shifts (in one of our services). This includes a mix of lone working and 2:1 shifts, with each shift supporting only one individual—giving you the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships and provide consistent, high-quality support.
