Overview
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Insights and Reporting Lead to help shape and support a culture of inclusivity across their institution. This role is instrumental in embedding long-term positive change and advancing their equality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead author for major institutional equality charter submissions, including Athena Swan and the Race Equality Charter.
- Analyse, synthesise, and report on a wide range of data and qualitative insights to produce compelling, transparent narratives aligned with EDI priorities.
- Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that highlight progress and impact across the institution.
- Engage stakeholders across the organisation to foster inclusive practices and drive collaborative cultural change initiatives.
- Support the strategic vision for EDI, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and helping shape the next five-year inclusion strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to communicate confidently and authentically about EDI issues, with a strong grasp of intersectionality and systemic challenges.
- Demonstrable experience in critical analysis, data interpretation, and evidence-based reporting.
- Skilled in building trust and leading open dialogue across diverse teams and communities.
- Capable of translating complex information into impactful narratives that align with institutional values and goals.
- Familiarity with equality charter frameworks and the principles of inclusive education and employment.
