Recruiting now for Support Practitioners offering Full Time, Part Time and Relief opportunities. This is a 24 hours Housing Support Service and shifts will include, early and late shifts, sleepover and waken night shifts, weekends and public holiday – via a supportive staff rota.
Day to day you will
- Promote independence, individuality and achievement of goals, with the voices of the people we support at the very centre of everything you do
- Assist with various tasks such as personal care, housework, administering medication and meal preparation
- Attend and participate in meaningful activities both at home and in the community, including cinema, music groups, travel, art, walking groups, voluntary work and swimming
- Liaise with your team and with others to review and ensure you are providing the best quality care
- Maintain accurate up-to-date daily recordings
