This is an exciting time to join King’s as we collectively work towards our strategic vision outlined in King’s 2030 and invest significantly in our student experience and student spaces. The Global Student Recruitment and Admissions directorate delivers marketing, student recruitment and admissions services in partnership with our nine academic faculties. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President (Operations) and as a member of the University Executive, this is a critical strategic role responsible for designing and leading King’s approach to student recruitment and admissions.
The Executive Director will lead a newly formed directorate that has undergone change in terms of structure, priorities, and culture. Our successful candidate will have a highly commercial, service-orientated mindset and a proven track record of successfully leading and developing a student recruitment and admissions function in the HE sector, with experience of both international and home markets.We are looking for a leader with outstanding communication skills, and the ability to develop high performing teams and build strong partnerships with our academic colleagues.
