The Global Employee Engagement and Communications Executive plays a crucial role in bringing this vision to life by fostering a connected and engaged employee-first culture, ensuring our colleagues worldwide are inspired and equipped to deliver exceptional experiences. Reporting directly to the Global Employee Engagement & Communications Director , this role is responsible for executing key initiatives related to internal communications, change management, employee engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activations.
As part of a small, dynamic team, you\’ll have the opportunity to initiate and execute global projects from start to finish, gain access to senior leaders, contribute to strategic messaging and exercise your creativity.
Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Employee Engagement Platform: execute the global engagement and content strategy including content creation, maintaining a content calendar, and producing multimedia assets. The role manages platform updates, proactively improving user experience, and overseeing the relationship with the external platform provider. You will cultivate a network of global content contributors, organising quarterly alignment calls, and monitoring engagement metrics to improve reach and impact
  • Internal Communications: Support teams in crafting and executing internal communication strategies for global projects, collaborating with Brand and HR to create people-led content that highlights Belmond\’s Employer Value Proposition and Talent Experience strategy. You will co-develop guidelines, launch activations, support internal events from conception to execution (including virtual town halls and webinars), coordinate with various communications teams to harmonise strategy, along with promoting Belmond initiatives within the LVMH community
  • DE&I, ESG and Social Impact: Plan and collaborate with teams to execute company-wide initiatives, developing compelling communication materials and toolkits for local activations
  • Support the wider Corporate Communications team in compiling monthly updates and administering financial processes and budget tracking

Requirements
What You Bring

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, Political Science or similar experience
  • 3-4 years\’ experience in internal communications, publishing, employee engagement or similar roles
  • Strong written communication & presentation skills – confident writing for different channels and audiences
  • Experience in creating internal communication (or similar) campaigns
  • Experience in multimedia production platforms such as Canva and video editing platforms
  • Experience in writing and publishing articles
  • A highly organised and creative individual with a great understanding of business strategy.
  • A passion for building a positive workplace culture with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a global organisation (desirable)
  • Experience in rollout of an Employer Brand (desirable)
  • Experience in writing memorandums or other pieces of communications for senior leaders (desirable)
