Business Support Officer – Student Services – All Saints Catholic College
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer working in the Student Services department at All Saints Catholic College.
Applicants must have a sound knowledge of an administration role and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the school’s Student Services office. Training will be provided to enable you to also provide first aid support as part of the role. You will provide main reception duties at times and be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient customer service including dealing with enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a courteous and professional manner.
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category, and we received a “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission” judgement from our Catholic Schools Inspection in March 2025.

Hours: 37 hours (Term Time Only + 1 Day) Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday 8.30am – 4pm
Salary: £21,843.95 – £22,190.61
