Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the new restaurant and events.
  • Distribute work among restaurant and bar staff.
  • Motivate and engage staff through learning by doing.
  • Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations with caring and professional service.
  • Actively participate in daily operations.
  • Build long‑term relationships with guests and key partners.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding and shaping a high‑performing team.
  • Train staff to handle alcohol responsibly, comply with HACCP, and follow service procedures.
  • Manage hotel meeting rooms and events.
  • Oversee store, dining and meeting space inventories.
  • Participate in event planning and coordinate with the General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel/restaurant systems such as MICROS.
