Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the new restaurant and events.
- Distribute work among restaurant and bar staff.
- Motivate and engage staff through learning by doing.
- Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations with caring and professional service.
- Actively participate in daily operations.
- Build long‑term relationships with guests and key partners.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and shaping a high‑performing team.
