Drainage Contract Supervisor required for our client, a well-known and rapidly expanding drainage contractor who specialise in commercial and industrial drainage solutions across London, the South-East, and the South-West, and are looking to pay up to 45k, including a company vehicle with optional personal use.

This role will be based out of our clients Oxfordshire depot in Abingdon and will involve the day-to-day management of drainage engineers working across the Oxfordshire area completing gully emptying, reactive jetting, root cutting, CCTV surveying, and traffic management.

Drainage Contract Supervisor – Oxfordshire Job Responsibilities

  • Completing daily staff briefings and tool box talks
  • Supporting with technical issues and queries on site
  • Working alongside the Contracts Manager to complete site safety and quality audits
  • Supporting the office-based operations team with job packs and coordination assistance

Drainage Contract Supervisor – Oxfordshire Job Requirements

  • Strong technical and hands-on experience within the drainage sector, ideally from a commercial and/or industrial maintenance background
  • Previous experience working on and operating drainage combination units and jet vac tankers
  • Full UK driving licence, ideally with Class C and Driver CPC
  • Based within a commutable distance of Abingdon
  • Experience managing small to large teams of drainage operatives

Drainage Contract Supervisor – Oxfordshire Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary 40,000 – 45,000, depending on experience
