Programme Planning Analyst
Support software engineering delivery within DXC’s global insurance transformation programmes.
Are you a highly organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for driving delivery excellence? DXC Technology is seeking aProgramme Planning Analystto join our Insurance Software & BPS division, supporting the planning, coordination, and financial oversight of major software delivery programmes.
In this role, you’ll work closely with programme managers, project teams, and engineering leads to align schedules, track progress, manage resources, and provide financial and delivery reporting. Your input will play a key role in ensuring successful execution of DXC’s software-driven transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and maintain detailed programme schedules, timelines, and key milestones

Coordinate planning activities across multiple projects and delivery teams
Stakeholder Communication:

Provide regular updates on plan status, risks, and changes to key stakeholders

Serve as a central point of contact for schedule- and planning-related queries
Risk & Issue Management:

Proactively identify risks or resource conflicts and work with the programme team to resolve them

Collaborate closely with Programme Managers, Project Leads, and Engineering teams
Progress Monitoring:

Track programme progress against the plan, flag deviations, and recommend corrective actions

Ensure alignment across workstreams and delivery accountability
Budgeting & Forecasting:

Establish and maintain accurate programme budgets and forecasts

Monitor spend, analyse financial performance, and produce monthly financial health reports

Use tools like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project for financial and resource control
What You’ll Bring:
