We\’re hiring for a global tech leader at the forefront of innovation in logistics, e-commerce, and customer experience.
As part of their high-performing Performance Marketing team, you\’ll play a hands-on role in planning, launching, and optimising paid social campaigns that directly drive hiring across operations during peak season. This is a chance to work at serious scale, on fast-moving campaigns that have a measurable effect on the workforce behind one of the world’s most recognisable brands.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter (experience with Line is a bonus)
- Owning campaign setup, audience targeting, copy and creative scheduling, pacing, and daily optimisation
- Collaborating with campaign managers, media planners, and analysts to ensure campaigns stay on target and on budget
- Running A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports using platform data and internal metrics
What you\’ll bring:
- 4+ years\’ experience in hands-on paid social media, including campaign activation and optimisation
- Solid understanding of paid media tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
- Experience in sectors like e-commerce, recruitment marketing, media & entertainment, B2B, or agency side
